This class is designed to take you through a series of postures with a focus on anti aging. Tibetan Rites, twists, & wall rope.
You will learn detailed instructions that helps you bring more intellect into your body. Learn some of the many Purna Yoga series that creates the Health, Beauty, and Longevity in your body. Live longer live more beautifully, live healthy!
Sweat & Glow
Enjoy creating a deeper focus of your body & awareness of your breath connection so you may progress to your fullest potential in a safe, joyful energetic way. This class explores the balance of strength and flexibility so you may ignite with the intellect that is already within you.
THERAPEUTIC (invite only class)
This class provides more attention for those healing injuries, are wanting to discontinue using a walking cane and who want to learn how to walk with easement. This is also a great class if you are retired and want to learn more depth about your body. If you are healing from back, hip, shoulders, knee, neck or any other physical pain.
